Terms of Use One Day Shootouts Terms of Use Boys Basketball Tournaments

All tournament registrations are accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis (registration & payment received). Teams are not officially added to the tournament until their payment is received. One Day Shootouts expressly reserves the right to reject or to revoke any registration at its sole discretion.

All cancellations must be communicated VERBALLY and IN WRITING. Tournament, shootout and league registrations cancelled 15 or more days before the start of the scheduled event will receive a full refund. Registrations that are cancelled 7 to 14 days before the scheduled event will be eligible for a store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase. Any registrations cancelled within 7 days of the event or after a league has started, will not be eligible for any type of refund or store credit. One Day Shootouts is not financially responsible for forfeits or weather conditions that cause game cancellations. All tournament expenses have been paid in advance.

One Day Shootouts reserves the right to change prices or cancel promotions at any time. All previous purchase prices and promotions are considered final. Any change that decreases the purchase price will not result in a refund.

All Credit Balances will be set to $0.00 after 2 years of account inactivity.
